Thank you for all of your support.  I enjoyed writing the book.  I liked writing about a dark Underworld and about Frisco, Colorado.  My grandmother has a cabin at Bill's Ranch, and I fell in love with this mountain town.  I hope you all enjoy it.  Plus, I love skiing and got another four pass at Copper Mountain!
